Who I am

Hello, I'm Kathryn, a dedicated yoga instructor with 4 years of experience in guiding students toward physical and mental wellness. My journey with yoga began as a personal practice to find balance and strength in my own life, and it has since evolved into a passion for sharing its transformative power with others.
I believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students of all levels can explore the practice of yoga. My teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, breath awareness, and proper alignment, allowing students to cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies and minds.
Off of the mat, you’ll either find me in the gym or in a coffee shop with a good book.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve my community through the practice of yoga, and I look forward to supporting and empowering my students on their own unique paths toward health and vitality.
